- Description:
- The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) is looking for an in-house caterer to provide affordable yet decent catering services (breakfast and lunch), within the premises of the Office for its officers. The selected caterer will be expected to prepare variety of dishes to be sold to officers at the Office’s own eatery.
The selected caterer will be appropriately housed (under negotiable terms and conditions) to provide the aforementioned services.
It is to be noted that the actual cooking would be done at the caterer’s premises (under hygienic conditions) to be served hot to officers in the mornings (between
07.30am – 08.30am) for breakfast, and at forenoon, for lunch.
To pre-qualify for selection, applicants should have the following:
1. Business registration certificate.
2. Certificate of Commencement of Business.
3. Tax clearance certificate or evidence of payment of tax.
4. VAT registration certificate.
5. A company profile depicting management thereof and key staff as well as past/current clientele.
6. Business operating permit.
Interested caterers should forward the above together with a proposal stating the type of dishes they are capable of serving at stated prices and addressed to:

Ahead of submission of their proposals, applicants could request to be permitted to acquaint themselves with the facility in which the catering services will be provided. It is worthy of note that as part of the selection procedures, officers from the Office will inspect the premises of the prospective caterer.
