- Feasibility Studies For The Development Of The Trans-Ecowas Railway Line From Aflao To Elubo
The Ministry of Railways Development of the Republic of Ghana in collaboration with the Ghana Railway Development Authority intend to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for Feasibility Studies for the Development of the Trans-ECOWAS Railway Line from Aflao to Elubo.
The overall objective of this project is to undertake a feasibility study for the development of a railway line from Aflao through Tema, Takoradi to Elubo.
The feasibility study will involve economic, financial, social, environmental assessment, as well as, the survey/mapping out the right-of-way of the corridor in order to develop a business case to attract private sector interest in the development of the line.
The Ministry of Railways Development now invites eligible Consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the requisite qualifications, relevant experience and expertise to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
