- The assignment is to review the organisational and business model of the VRA Health Services including mandated social responsibility.
The scope of services includes but not limited to the following:Â
i. Review the entire operations of the VRA Health Services in Accra, Akosombo, Akuse and Aboadze. Also review their interrelationships with the Ministry of Health, National Health Insurance, the VRA and other stakeholders/partners. Â
Ii. Review the rationale, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and financial viability of the VRA Health Services to assist key strategic decisions about their future.
iii. Develop an efficient and effective organizational model to manage costs and enable it to meet the requirements of a self-sustaining healthcare delivery business.
iii. Propose a clear strategic direction based on industry knowledge and develop a realistic and actionable roadmap for implementation.
Outputs of the consultancy assignment will include a set of strategic recommendations, Business /Operational Framework and Gap analysis and implementation plan
