- The GHANA EDUCATION TRUST FUND (GETfund) under the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION of the Republic of Ghana has been allotted funds to cover the cost of FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Consulting Services for Facilities Management.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The services include Management, Maintenance and Operation of the 10-Storey Office Complex, 25 Haile Selassie Street, South Ridge, Accra in the Greater Accra Region for initial period of twenty-four (24) months, however should not be limited to the above.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The GHANA EDUCATION TRUST FUND (GETfund) through Ministry of Education now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, Description of Similar Assignments, Experience in Similar Conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The interested firm should also have Valid Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate to Commence Business, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate obtained for the purposes of this EOI, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, evidence of registration with the requisite Professional Bodies and three (3) years Financial Statements (2014, 2015 and 2016).
The interested firm should have independently rendered Facilities Management Services for at least any three (3) Commercial Banks/Private Firms/Hotels etc. having covered area of 8858m² (minimum) with 8-typical floors with Ultra-modern facilities (each Floor – 895m² approx.), and that of multi-level car part with 4111m² (minimum) during the last five (5) Years.
