SOCIAL SECURITY AND NATIONAL INSURANCE TRUST (SSNIT) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the Contract for Consultancy Services for Need Assessment and Evaluation for the Acquisition of an Asset Liability Management System (ALMS) for the Trust.

Interested Consulting Firms that are in a position to provide consultancy services on ALMS Needs Assessment and Evaluation to facilitate the acquisition and successful implementation of an ALMS for SSNIT are being invited to express their interest.

The services required include:

a) Determination and assessment of the policies, processes and systems and recommendation of areas for potential improvement with respect to an appropriate ALMS.
b) Identification and evaluation of the needs of the key Users with respect to the acquisition of an ALMS.
c) Provision of a well-documented report on SSNIT’s current capabilities as well as SSNIT’s requirements to help justify its business case for an appropriate ALMS.
d) Assisting the client in the selection of a Service Provider to provide the ALMS.
e) Preparation and submission of all necessary technical and financial reports required by the client.
f) Analyzing, matching, forecasting and management of the scheme’s Assets and Liabilities.

Interested Consultants must provide information (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, appropriate skills among staff etc.) indicating that they are qualified to perform the services required. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Requirements:
Interested Consultants should also provide the following as part of their Expression of Interest:

1. Legal status of the firm (i.e. certificate of registration and certificate to commence business).
2. Evidence of professional registration of the firm.
3. Evidence of previous works (similar) executed in the last five (5) years.
4. Proof of registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of technical and managerial staff proposed for the assignment.
6. SSNIT and GRA Tax Clearance Certificates valid as at the deadline for submission.
7. Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2015, 2016 and 2017).
