- The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for All-in Consultancy Services for the Rehabilitation of SSNIT Office Complex at Koforidua.
Interested Consulting Firms that are in a position to provide quality all-in consultancy services (Architectural, Quantity Surveying, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering) for the Rehabilitation of SSNIT Office Complex at Koforidua are invited to express their interests in the project.
The services required include:
i) Survey the building and prepare schedule of rehabilitation needed
ii) Prepare sketch and detailed designs/working drawings.
iii) Prepare specifications on quality of materials and standards of workmanship.
iv) Assisting the client in the selection of a contractor with the necessary competencies (through the required tendering procedure) to carry out the works.
v) Supervision of the rehabilitation works including furnishing timely directions to the contractor in all matters related to contract compliance and progress of the project.
vi) Maintain representatives at site in such a manner that adequate supervision of construction works and quality assurance are guaranteed at all times.
vii) Preparation and submission of all necessary technical and financial reports required by the employer.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of software and appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
Requirements
Interested consultants should also provide the following as part of their Expression of Interest.
1. Legal status of the firm.
2. Evidence of professional registration of the firm and key staff proposed for the assignment.
3. Evidence of previous works executed in the last five years.
4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Technical and Managerial staff proposed for the assignment.
5. The firm must possess valid SSNIT and GRA clearance certificates
6. Evidence of registration with the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
