- OBJECTIVE
The main objective for the production of the marketing collaterals is to help raise attention and create awareness about the products and services of Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM).
SCOPE OF WORK
The service provider is expected to design, produce and supply marketing collaterals such as:
• Calendars
• Notepads
• Diaries
• Branded Executive Pens
• Branded Bags
• Branded Shirts (Polo/T-Shirts)
• Branded African Cloth
• Branded Baseball Caps
• Branded Mugs
• Branded Keyrings
DELIVERABLES
The Service Provider should be able to design, produce and supply all items based on the contract terms and conditions.
ASSIGNMENT DURATION
The contract will be for a period of Three (3) months.
ELIGIBILITY
Ghana Export-Import Bank now invites eligible Service Providers to indicate their interest to Design, Production and Supply GEXIM marketing collaterals. Interested Service Providers must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Service Providers may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The Service Provider will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
The firm must present the following:
1. Business Registration Certificates (Incorporation & Commencement of Business)
2. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate.
4. Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.
5. Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate.
