- The National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) intends to apply part of its receipts from the Ghana Road Fund Secretariat to undertake the following activities:
a. Consultancy Services for the Evaluation of the National Road Safety Strategy (NRSS III) and Development of the National Road Safety Strategy IV and its related Action Plans
b. Consultancy Services for a Study to Assess the Impact of Dualized Roads on Road Safety in Ghana.
c. Internet Service Provision for NRSA Offices
d. Local Area Network (LAN) provision for NRSA Offices
The NRSA now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”)/ service providers to indicate their interest in providing the above listed services. Interested Consultants/service providers should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc)
The shortlisting of eligible consultants shall be based on the firm’s experience and track record, technical capability and expertise of the firm’s key professionals and the firm’s management and organizational capacity in responding to this Request for Expression of Interest.
Consultants/service providers must have the following valid certificates:
i. PPA registration
ii. Company registration
iii. Tax clearance
iv. SSNIT
v. VAT
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Quality Based Selection (QBS) procedures set out in the Consultancy Guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the address below between 9am to 5pm daily (from Monday- Friday).
Expression of Interest must be hand- delivered to the address below by 2pm on or before Monday, 2nd November 2020.
The envelope must be clearly labeled on the outside with the appropriate area/title of interest of the Services and deliver the relevant “Expression of Interest” to the underlisted address:
