- The overall scope of the services involves the review of the technical and safety audit processes which includes amongst others:
a. To assess and advise on the adequacy and effectiveness of the following:
• Institutional structure to enable the Technical Audit function independently to the necessary independence to provide reliable quality assurance service
• Work processes entailing planning, resourcing, executions, supervision/review, documentation, reporting and professionalism exercised to provide verifiable objective quality assurance service.
• Scope and coverage of work to provide comprehensive assurance on relevant operations.
b. To identify areas of possible improvements especially regarding feasible measures, including institutional re-organization and collaboration of efforts between similar functions within VRA to provide needed assurance over core operational activities of the Authority.
