- The scope of the project includes but not limited to:
i. Assess the current Security Posture of the Authority
ii. Envision an appropriate and fitting Security Posture
iii. Develop a framework that includes the roadmap of moving the Authority’s security posture to the envisioned level. The envisioned security posture will consider all the emerging computing technologies the Authority seeks to introduce to make it work efficiently and effectively.
The enterprise-wide Information and Operational Technology infrastructure security framework must be based on relevant standards including but not be limited to NIST series, ISO 27000 series, ISA/IEC 62443, CIS Critical Security Controls, NERC CIP, GDPR, C2M2 and NIS Directive among others and complying with national regulations and laws.
