- The Banda District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the supervision of construction of One (No.) Three Storey administration block for Banda District Assembly.
The services include: design drawings, provision of estimated bills of quantity, and supervision of works to completion for the next four years.
The Banda District Assembly now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services of design drawings, provision of estimated bills of quantity, and supervision of works to completion.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, Description of Similar Assignments, Experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills of Staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, of the Republic of Ghana and shall meet the following eligibility criteria:
a) Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm
b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c) Valid VAT Certificate
d) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e) Valid Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority
f) Relevant Experience of Firm
g) Availability and Experience of relevant key staff

Expressions of interest in three copies (1 original, 2 copies) must be delivered to the address below by 5th July, 2022 at 5:00pm.
