- The scope of the project is to develop an enterprise-wide Information and Operational Technologies infrastructure cybersecurity framework based on relevant standards including but not limited to NIST series, Ghana’s Cybersecurity ACT-2020-ACT-1038, and Data Protection ACT 2012-ACT-843, Ghana, ISO 27000 series, ISA/IEC 62443, CIS Critical Security Controls, NERC CIP, GDPR, C2M2 and NIS Directive among others and complying with national regulations and laws.
The VRA now invites eligible IT and OT security consultants or consortiums with the appropriate mix of IT and OT cybersecurity certifications from EC Council, ISACA, TUV, GlAC etc. to indicate their interest in providing the service.
Interested Firms must provide Expression of Interest (EOI) for the service with the following mandatory requirements and other additional information listed below:
Mandatory Requirements:
Submission of the under listed information:
1. Company Profile to include ownership/directorship structure, experience in developing the Enterprise Cybersecurity Framework project.
2. Provide documentary evidence to support the following:
a. Performance record of undertaking similar service in the last 5 years (Name of clients, scope of services, value of contracts, year executed to be stated). In addition, Reference Letters from three (3) clients listed to be provided.
b. Availability and experience of Key Management Personnel (to include summarized signed CV’s of at least 3 key personnel).
c. Financial capability (2019, 2020 & 2021 Audited Financial Statements to be provided)
Additional Requirement for Local firms include:
Business registration and incorporation certificates
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Registration Certificate from the Public Procurement Authority as a Service Provider.
