- The services required include the following:
1. Review the current status of SIPL. This should include, inter alia;
a. Determining the condition of SIPL's physical assets. In respect of vehicles and equipment, the consultant will be expected to liaise with Ghana Heavy Equipment limited (GHEL), which will conduct a technical assessment; and
b. Constructing reliable estimates of the value of SIPL's timber assets, both in respect of the gmelina plantation and forestry concession
2. Identify and assess options for SIPL's future operations. Although the ultimate focus should be on the company's overall liability, the consultant should consider various business and operational arrangement, with regard to both bringing the company into profitable operations and care for the environment
