- the overall objective of the assignment is for GOG to put together a multi-disciplinary team comprising a PPP specialist, Financial Modeller, and Legal specialist to assist the government in (a) undertaking a quick review of the viability of the proposed scheme, and (b)subject to the viability review, advice on all the draft agreement required t o finalise the award of a concession; provide advice and support for the negotiation of the above mentioned arrangement. The advice and negotiation to be provided is t o ensure that GOG is able to achieve the most suitable arrangement on the best terms possible, and that the contractual terms of such arrangement are consistent with the short, medium and long term vision of GWCL.
