Credible private investors and operators are hereby invited to make offers to utilize the land for the development of office/mixed-use commercial facility under a Public Private Partnership (PPP)arrangement.
The private party will design. finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer the facilities back to the public entities after the agreed period.
