- The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) towards eligible payments under the Contract for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of National Fuel Monitoring System (Automatic Tank Gauging and Forecourt Transactions Control System).
The primary objective of this Project is to implement an automated in FLOW-OUTFLOW MONITORING SYSTEM to undertake the management of the sub-systems that work in a petroleum product retail outlet. The System shall broadly consist of the following:
a. Subsystem of tank's fuel level and temperature
b. Subsystem of fuel outflow from the fuel dispensers and processing of all data and
c. Subsystem of central feedback to Government Authorities.
The NPA now invites applications for Pre-qualification from eligible Suppliers to pre-qualify for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of National Fuel Monitoring System (Automatic Tank Gauging and Forecourt Transactions Control System) at all Petroleum Product Retail Outlets in Ghana.
