- - Decommissioning and transportation to VRA Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified, the existing wiring systems and cables on all the floors including underground , mezzanine and cafeteria building
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified, of all socket outlets on all the floors
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified of all distribution boards and existing breakers
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified of security light and all other obsolete electrical accessories
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified of existing telephone systems including wiring and all other obsolete telephone accessories
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified of existing fire protection systems and all other obsolete fire fighting accessories
- Decommissioning and transportation to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified of existing UPS wiring systems and sockets and all other obsolete UPS accessories
- Supply and installation of new wiring systems and cables on all the floors including pent house, underground and mezzanine to replace the existing ones
- Supply and installation of appropriately sized socket outlets in all the offices and corridors, toilets and all other rooms on all the floors to replace the existing ones
- Supply and installation of appropriately sized distribution boards and breakers and all cable systems associated with them to replace the existing ones and also provision of adequate spare distribution boards to accommodate future loads.
- Evaluation of the existing bus-riser and insulation of the riser against the added air-conditioning load, if found to be inadequate, provision of a new bus-riser with adequate rating to accommodate the new air-conditioning load and future spare to replace the existing ones
- Provision of additional lighting fixtures to improve poor illumination in some of the rooms.
- Supply and installation of new UPS wiring systems including sockets on all floors
- Supply and installation of fire protection systems on all floor of the Electro-Volta House including Cafeteria building
- Decommissioning and transportation of the existing change-over switch to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified.
- Decommissioning and transportation of the existing distribution panel to Procurement Department, Central Warehouse, Tema and ECG stores as may be specified
- Provision of adequate and appropriately sized state of the art change-over switch
- Provision of adequate and appropriately sized state of the art distribution panel
- Rust treatment and painting of all equipment in the elevator room
- Removal of existing acoustic fibre ceiling material and its suspended ceiling grid or framework on all floors
- Supply and install new approved acoustic fibre ceiling with its associated ceiling grid on all floors
