- 1. The Gomoa West District Assembly has received Funds from the Government of Ghana under the District Development Fund (DDF) to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Works in the Gomoa West District Assembly of the Central Region, Apam.
2. The Gomoa West District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors to bid for the item in the table below. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specific in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 914, 2016 in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible Contractors at the address below from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. The Documents shall be Purchased in person on submission of written application letter to the address below and upon payment of non- refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) for each set.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission, late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s or their representatives, at the Conference room of District Works Department at 10:00 am on 31stMay, 2019.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two percent(2%) of the Tender price, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Certificate to Commence Business, Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Clearance Certificate, Works and Housing Certificate and Valid Labour Certificate and Evidence of Public Procurement Authority Registration/Certificate
