Tender Description:: Construction of 6 –Unit Classroom Block at D/A Basic School.

Additional Information:: Tenderers must submit with their tenders the following Documents:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Certificate to Commence Business
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate and
• Public Procurement Authority’s Suppliers Registration Certificate.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased at the address stated below from Thursday, 16th May, 2019 to Thursday 30th May, 2019 between 9:00am and 4:00pm during working hours of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00). Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Contact person at the address stated below.
5. Completed tenders must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box located at the address below on or before, Thursday 30th May, 2019 at 10.00am after which the bid will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers who choose to attend in the Adaklu District Assembly Hall, Adaklu Waya. Late submission will be rejected.
