- Additional Information:
- 1.0 The Central Tongu District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund the eligible payment for tenders listed below.
2.0 Central Tongu District Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF WORKS LISTED ABOVE. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3.0 A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased at the District Works Department, Central Tongu District Assembly from Monday 20th May, 2019 between the hours of 9:00hrs – 17:00hrs GMT each working day by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00) only in cash.

4.0 All tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Company/Business Registration
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up To Month of Tender Submission)
3. Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
4. MWH Certificates (D3, K3) and above
5. MRH Certificate (A4,B4) and above
6. A Tender Security of 2% of tenders price
7. PPA Supplier/Contractors Registration Certificate/Evidence
8. Labour Certificate
5.0 All Completed Tenders must be deposited in Tender Box located at Central Tongu District Assembly Hall (New Assembly Hall) before 10:00hrs GMT on Monday 3rd June, 2019.
Late Tenders will be rejected:
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender submission.
Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 10:05hrs GMT, on Monday 3rd June, 2019 at Central Tongu District Assembly Hall, Adidome.
