INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Ejura-Sekyedomase Municipal Assembly is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders with class D3, K3 and above for the construction of the following project:

Tender Documents may be purchased at the Procurement Office of the Municipal Assembly at Ejura during working hours at a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana cedis Only (Gh₵ 400.00) from Friday, 17th May 2019.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, room 26, ground floor of the Administration Block during working hours.
Bidders are required to provide the following:
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
Completed Tender documents are to be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Municipal Assembly Hall at Ejura on or before Friday, May 31st 2019 at 11:00 am. Tenders would be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the selection of contractors as set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
