- The Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GGSA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation under the Minerals Development Fund (MDF) for eligible payments under the contracts for the following;

• Valid Incorporation Certificate
• Valid Commencement Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years.
• Genuine Manufacturer’s Authorization
• Brochures of offered Vehicle
• Power of Attorney
• Evidence of service rendered
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price.
