- This invitation is open to Ghanaian registered firms whose object clause permits them to supply fabric for Nurses Uniforms and Scrubs.
Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection:
a. Tender sign
b. Valid Renewed/current Business Registration Certificate
c.Valid Tax Clearance Certificate(valid up to November,2019
d. Valid SSNIT contribution Certificate(valid up to November, 2019
3. Tenderers are required to submit a tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender. No open cheque will be accepted.
4.Tenderers will be required to submit samples of the fabric for the Nurses Uniforms
