- 3. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection:

b. Valid Renewed/Current Business Registration Certificate and object clause authorizing the firm to engage in such works
c. Valid Current Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to November, 2019)
d. Valid Current SSNIT Contribution Certificate (valid up to November, 2019)
e. Valid Labour Certificate
f. Evidence of PPA Supplier/Contractor
g. Tender Security 2% of the contract value
