Tender Name:: construction of Health and Educational Infrastructure Development in the District.

Tender Description:: 1. The Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly has been allocated funds from the District Assembly Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF RFG) to undertake construction of Health and Educational Infrastructure Development in the District.

The District Assembly intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the under listed projects.
Tender is open to all Contractors/Tenderers from eligible sources within the country as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and registered with the Ministry of Works & Housing of Class K3D3 and above.
2. The Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders for the execution of said contract as follows:

Lot 1 Construction of 1No. 3unit classroom block, office, store, teachers common room and urinal at Somsei

Lot 2 Construction of 1No. 3-units clinic ward at Maame Krobo

Lot 3 Construction of 1No. 3-units clinic ward at Ekye Amanfrom

Lot 4
Construction of 1No. CHPS compound at Mmradan

TENDER SECURITY
2% of Tender Sum

Additional Information:: 3. A set of Tender Documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at the office of
the Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly- Tease, Eastern Region, during normal working hours for a non-refundable fee of GH¢300.00

4. The Tender shall be valid for 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by the requisite tender securities from a Bank or an Insurance firm acceptable to the employer. In addition to the securities, Tenderers shall be required to register on the Public Procurement Authority’s database and must comply fully with Instructions to Tenderers in the Tender Document.

5. Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box of the Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly, Tease, Eastern Region, on or before 10:00 am (local time), Tuesday 28th July, 2020 and shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of Tenders in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
