4. Interested eligible Tenderers may inspect the Tender Document from the Municipal Procurement Unit during office hours from 8.00 am to 5.00pm from Tuesday September 8, 2020.
5. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00).

6. The address for requesting clarification is the Municipal Works Department, Nsawam Adoagyiri Muncipal Assembly, Nsawam. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of Tender price from a Reputable Bank in Ghana or Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and must be delivered to the Procurement Unit, Ground Floor Room 20, Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, Nsawam on or before 10.00 am on Wednesday September 30, 2020 where they will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tenderers’ Representatives who chose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
