Tender Name:: Supply and Installation of Middleware and the Standardization of Pvts Software

Tender Description:: The government of the republic of Ghana (hereinafter called "borrower") has applied for financing from the international development association (IDA) (the "bank") in the form of a credit, towards the cost of the transport sector improvement project (TSIP). The driver and vehicle licensing authority (DVLA), an implementing agency of the client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the contract for which this request for bids is issued. The DVLA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of middleware and the standardization of pvts software

Additional Information:: 1. Bids must be delivered to address 2 below on or before Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 at 4pm.

2. Electronic bid submission is not permitted.

3. Foreign bidders can submit bids through their local representatives.

4. Late bids will be rejected.

5. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at address 2.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a completed bids securing declaration form as contained in the issued request for bids document
