- The Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GGSA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for the following;
• Supply and Delivery of Resistivity / IP Survey Equipment - Qty 1
- Additional Information:
- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price
. All Tenderers are required to attach copies of the under listed Documents to their tenders:
• Valid Public Procurement Authority’s (PPA) Supplier Registration Certificate
• Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate/ Evidence of GRA Exemption, if exempted
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with up-to-date renewal receipt
• Valid Incorporation Certificate
• Valid Commencement Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Evidence of Exemption if Applicable)
• Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years.
• Genuine Manufacturer’s Authorization
• Brochures of offered equipment
• Power of Attorney
• Evidence of service rendered
Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non- responsive.
