- The Akyemansa District Assembly invites sealed Tender from eligible contractors in the country for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tenders will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, (Act 2003) as Amended Act 914, 2016 and guidelines in the Public Procurement Manual of the Republic of Ghana.
Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the address stated below for a non- refundable fee of Three Hundred (GHC 300) Ghana Cedis from 12th July, 2021 with an application letter during the normal working hours.
Tenderers must submit their tenders with the following documents:
1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
2. Tax clearance Certificate
3. Valid Labour Certificate
4. Valid SSNIT Certificate
5. Bid security of 2% of the tender figure (Valid for 120 days after deadline of tender submission)
6. Valid Registrar General Certificate
7. Power of Attorney

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the Office of the District Chief Executive of Akyemensa District Assembly- Akyem Ofoase on or before 10:00am on Friday, 30th July, 2021.
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who choose to attend at the District Chief Executive’s Office, office of the Akyemansa District Assembly.
