2. The Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the Development and Deployment of the above outlined Softwares. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and under the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit and inspect the Tender Documents from 9:00am – 4:00pm starting from Friday 16th July, 2021.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers by Lot on the submission of a written application to the address below and a receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢200.00 at the Accounts office. All payments should be done in the name of Ghana Institute of Journalism at any branch of Fidelity Bank with account number 1070031304406.
5. Tenderers may tender for any of the lots and may be awarded multiple contracts based on an assessment of verifiable documentary evidence of the tenderers capacity to execute multiple contracts simultaneously.
6. Tenderers as part of the Tendering process shall submit the following documents:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Commencement with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Audited Accounts for the last 3 years
• Any other information requested in the Tender Data Sheet
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am on Tuesday, 10th August, 2021 in a tender box located at the main reception of the North Dzorwulu Campus of the Institute. Opening of tenders would be conducted at the same date and time in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Seminar Room of the Institute.
