- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and it must be accompanied by Tender Security in the amount shown above and it shall be delivered to the address specified below (Item 6) on or before 23rd September, 2021 at 10:00 hrs GMT, at which time they shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
