- Additional Information:
- Tender shall remain valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender Securities in the form of a Certified Bank Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and acceptable to the Kpandai District Assembly in the sum of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢5,000.00) only.
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
i. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
ii. Business Registration Certificate
iii. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Certificate
v. Labour Certificate
vi. Bid securing declaration
vii. PPA registration Certificate
Tenderers must submit 2 photocopies in addition to 1 ORIGINAL COPY, each containing all relevant documents and bound neatly together. Completed Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender Box located in the office of the District Chief Executive on or before 10:00 hours on Tuesday, 5, October,, 2021.
Late tenders will be rejected.
