- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
The EPA invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops and others as below:
Lot 1a. Laptop Computers - 20 Units
Lot 1b. Adobe Acrobat Pro PC/Mac Disc (Perpetual License) - 3 Users
Lot 2a. Desktop Computer - 1 Unit
Lot 2b. Tablet - 3 Units
Lot 2c. Digital Camera - 1 Unit
- Additional Information:
- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) of the Tender Amount.
It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tenders the following:
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation, with Annual Renewal Receipt
• Valid Certificate to Commence Business, with Annual Renewal Receipt
• Valid Business Re-Registration Certificate, with Annual Renewal Receipt
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate/Renewal Receipt
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate/ Renewal Receipt
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA/Evidence of Receipt of Registration
