- Tenders should be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total Tender Price. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the submission date.
The Tender Document may be purchased by interested and qualified tenderers from the Finance Department on submission of a written application addressed to the Director General (see address below), and payment of a non-refundable fee. Payments shall be made by bank draft or cheque in favour of Ghana Maritime Authority.
Tenders must be delivered to the Head Office of the Ghana Maritime Authority by 10am as per the Tender Opening Date indicated in the table above.
