Tender Description:: The SIC Life Company Limited intends to apply part of its investment budget to complete the Metropolitan Shopping Mall on the Thorpe Road in the Central Business District of Accra. A complete set of the tender documents for the various mechanical works in English may be inspected and purchased by interested tenderers with class one (1) classification from the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing certificate. In addition to the requirements included in the tender document, tenderers are to submit their tender with copies of the following: 1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing certificate 2. Valid Tax clearance certificate 3. Valid SSNIT clearance certificate 4. Lour certificate 5. Bid security The bids are as follows: Lot 1 Supply and Installation of Plumbing, Sewerage and Firefighting Equipment. Lot 2 Supply and Installation of Air conditioning Equipment (mini central-ducting). Lot 3 Supply and Installation of Industrial Kitchen Equipment.
