- The Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly intends to apply part of its District Development Facility (DDF) capacity building support to fund eligible payments under the contract for training in Project Monitoring and Evaluation address some of the institutional weaknesses identified by the Functional Organisation Tool (FOAT) Assessment Team. The Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly now invites sealed proposals (Technical and Financial) for the training in change management, scheduled to take place in April, 2016. Consultants will be selected through Quality and Cost Based selection(QCBS) methods as specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Law 2003, (Act 663) and is opened to all consultants from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Proposals must be submitted within office hours between FEBRUARY 15TH TO 29TH, 2016 at 13 hrs. GET Late proposals will be rejected
