- The Consultant will undertake the following tasks:
• To Design from the client’s brief, a suitable and appropriate car park at the Head Office of the Commission. The designs will have to include all complementary/related services such as landscaping, ancillary facilities and services, etc.
• A detailed design provided by the consultant should be complete in all respects so that the construction contractor can carry out the works without the need for any further details/inputs or clarifications.
• To prepare preliminary estimates/cost plans
• To provide detailed specifications, calculations, drawings, presentations to the client, studies, bills of quantities, cost estimates etc. to enable the client to tender for the selection of a construction contractor for the main project.
• Participate in the tendering process for the project.
• Supervise the construction of the facility.
