- The Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communication (GIFEC) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to undertake Impact Assessment of its Projects nationwide.
The scope of work includes the following;
1. Measure specific project outcomes in line with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) measurement indicators
2. Determine the linkages between the projects and community development goals and achievements
3. How to impacts relate directly to the objectives of each project?
4. Develop gap analysis of potential barriers for the implementation of various projects among beneficiaries and recommend steps to close and eradicate barriers.
5. Develop framework for the organization to guide future evaluation of activities
