- The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MOTCCA) through its implementing agency - The National Commission on Culture (NCC) is to;
(a) Develop the 7.94 acres of land stretching from the 37 Military Hospital Wall through the Bureau of Ghana Languages to the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) and
(b) rezone that stretch of land into a Cultural Village Complex.
The objective of the project"The Cultural Village Complex" is to
a) Design and construct the Cultural Village Complex
b) Create investment and employment opportunities for high level tourism, culture and creative arts related businesses.
Accordingly, the Ministry of MOTCCA on behalf of the Government of Ghana, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the right to partner the NCC as an Anchor Developer/Investor to design and build (DB) the required infrastructure and superstructure facilities for the Cultural Village Complex.
Eligible applicants must submit their Expression of Interest indicating the following;
i. Company's Profile
ii. Previous experience of similar assignments
iii. Capability with respect to personnel and facilities
iv. Evidence of an efficient functional team
v. Financial capacity and capability
