- 1. INTRODUCTION
The Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change (NREC) Unit under the Real Sector Division of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) developed the Climate Finance MRV and Tracking Tools for Ghana. The development of these tools were anchored on the Ghana Shared Growth Development Agenda Two (GSGDA II) Medium-Term Development Policy, which ends in December 2017. With the draô€…Œing of a new Medium-Term Development Policy for the country, it is imperative that the country's Climate Finance MRV and Tracking Tools align very well with the new programme areas and budget codes.
