- Engagement Of Field Coordinators To Work On The Implementation Of Community Performance Based Financing (CPBF) Pilot Project.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) has received funds from the World Bank to support Maternal Child Health and Nutrition service delivery and other MCHNP activities in all regions. Part of the implementation processes is to undertake the piloting of Community Performance Based Financing (cPBF) in two districts each in four target regions namely Northern, Upper East, Upper West and Volta. The pilot selected districts are North Gonja, West Gonja, Bawku West, Talensi, Lawra, Nandom, Agotime Ziope, and Kadjebi.
Project implementation will require full time attention to coordination and ensuring the necessary processes are implemented in a timely manner. In view of the need to provide consistent support, information and guidance especially to service delivery levels (districts, sub districts, and the community levels) during implementation of the project, there is a need for the recruitment of field coordinators for a period of two years to support the Ghana Health Service in the implementation of the project in all the regions. This is a two-year specific contract without expectation of full time appointment in Ghana Health Service. These Field Coordinators will be posted to the four target regions and must be willing to travel extensively.
The Ministry of Health now invites interested personnel to indicate their interest in providing the services by submitting an Application Letter together with a detailed and signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) indicating their qualifications and experiences to perform the service. Copies of all relevant certificates must be attached
