- The Universities of Ghana Staff Superannuation Scheme (GUSS) of the University of Ghana invites prospective property development consultants to express their interest in the provision of consultancy services for the development of Students Hostels on the University of Ghana campus.
The services required will include:
• Provision of Architectural and Engineering Services for the construction of proposed Hostels.
• Environmental / Social Impact Assessment
• Traffic Impact Assessment
• Development of tender documents for the solicitation of tenders from prospective contractors and assistance in the evaluation of tenders for award recommendation.
• Construction Supervision.
The University of Ghana now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A Firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, of the Republic of Ghana.
Eligible Consultants must submit their Expressions of Interest with the following documents:
• Company Profiles, Brochures, description of similar assignments and
experience in similar works.
• Availability of appropriate skills among staff.
• Copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate, SSNIT
Clearance Certificate and Business Registration Certificate. Consultants
must show evidence of registering with the Public Procurement
