- Request For Expression Of Interest From Consultants For Servicing Of Fire Fighting Systems/Equipment At SSNIT Offices Nationwide.
The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for the provision of services relating to firefighting systems/equipment.
Interested Firms that are in the position to provide the above service are hereby invited to express their interest.
The services required include:
a) Periodic testing and servicing of fire alarm systems.
b) Bi-annual testing and servicing of fire extinguishers.
c) Bi-annual recharging of fire extinguishers.
d) Bi-annual testing and servicing of fire hydrant systems.
e) Supply and installation of fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers (for new properties)
Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services mentioned above. Firms may also associate to enhance their qualification.
Requirements:
Interested Firms shall provide the following as part of their Expression of Interest.
a) Legal status of the Firm (i.e. certificate of registration and certificate to commence business).
b) Evidence of previous or similar services executed in the last five (5) years.
c) Current registration with Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) as a Fire Protection Services Provider.
d) Proof of registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
e) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of technical and managerial staff.
f) SSNIT and GRA Tax Clearance Certificates valid as at date of opening.
g) Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
