- The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) intends to lease its gym space to a fitness company for Operation of Gym at Pension House Carpark, Accra.
Interested Firms that are in the position to provide the above services are hereby invited to express their interest.
The services required include:
a) Refurbish and fully equip the Gym with durable and professional Gym equipment at own cost.
b) Provide professional gym management services to SSNIT Staff and the general public.
c) Maintain durable and professional Gym equipment always.
d) Replace equipment once every five years.
e) Monitoring system to effectively monitor training activities within gym.
Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services mentioned above. Firms may also associate to enhance their qualification.
Requirements:
Interested Firms shall provide the following as part of their Expression of Interest.
a) Legal status of the Firm (i.e. Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate to commence business).
b) Provide locations of other Gym facilities owned/managed by the fitness company.
c) Evidence of experience in gym services and list of clients provided with similar services in the last five (5) years (attach engagement letters, etc.)
d) The potential Service Provider will demonstrate the ability to financially equip the gym in good time.
e) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of technical and managerial staff.
f) SSNIT and GRA Tax Clearance Certificates
