Office Complex for Ghana Health Service

1. The Ghana Health Service (GHS) is a Public Agency under the Ministry of Health established through the Ghana Health Service and Teaching Hospitals Act, 1996 to provide and manage comprehensive and accessible health service with special emphasis on primary health care at Ghana’s regional, district and sub-district levels in accordance with approved national policies including the administration and management of institutions in the Health Service in Ghana.

2. The Ghana Health Service (GHS) intends to construct a Headquarters Office Complex and now invites Expression of Interest from firms for the Financing, Design, Construction, Furnishing and Equipping of Headquarters Office Complex.

3. The Application must be submitted in the English Language and in the format prescribed in the Expression of Interest (EOI) Document. All required information must be provided, responding clearly and concisely to all the points set out in EOI document. Any application which does not fully address this Request for Expression of Interest may be rejected.
