- The Volta Regional Health Directorate has a number of unserviceable vehicles and motorcycles which it intends to dispose of through Public Auction (on “as is, where is” basis) at various health facilities within the region.
The Volta Regional Health Directorate now invites eligible auctioneers to express their interest by submitting a proposal to this effect.
The proposal should contain the under listed:
• The commission to be charged for the process,
• Evidence of similar assignments and experiences,
• Evidence of membership of a professional body (Auctioneers Association) etc
An auctioneer will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, in Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana, and shall meet the following criteria:
a) Certificate of Registration of Firm
b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c) VAT Certificate
d) Valid SSNIT Certificate
e) Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority
f) Valid Auctioneer’s License
g) Any other requirements as necessary
