- The National Communication Authority (NCA) is a statutory body responsible for the regulation of electronic communications and its related activities in Ghana. The NCA recognises that to effectively deliver on its mandate, it would need to set the right goals and determine appropriate strategies that provide a clear roadmap for achieving its vision. Its is in this regard that the NCA is seeking to engage the services of a Consultancy firm to develop a five (5) year Stragegic Plan.
Objective
The objective of the assignment is to develop a strategic plan, which will set the direction and establish priorities for the Authority.
Brief Scope of Asignment:
1. The selected firm will work with the NCA to develop a five (5) year Strategic Plan as well as provide follow up assistance to the authority as may be required
2. The firm shall conduct strategic review of the current state of the Authority, taking into consideration internal and external factors that influence its operations and communications industry in general.
3. Provide clear modalities, tools and process for monitoring and evaluation performance on the Strategic plan upon its implementation.
4. Assist the Authority to conduct the very first monitoring and evaluation of the strategic plan, three (3) months after its implementation.
In Pursuance of the above, the NCA requests for Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Consultancy firms to lead in the Facilitation and Development of a five (5) year strategic plan.
Interested firms must indicate their interest and provide the following information:
a) Profile of firm
b) Provide evidence of similar assignments performed
c) Valid Business Registration Certificate
d) Valid certificate of Incorporation
e) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
f) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
g) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
h) Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
