Description:: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES IN GHANA is part of a global humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the care of children deprived of parental care. We provide family-like care and social services for vulnerable families through our Children’s Village and Family Strengthening Projects.
We currently operate in four locations; Tema, Asiakwa, Kumasi and Tamale with the National Office in Accra.
The Organization intends to update its supplier’s database and therefore invite proposals/ company profiles from eligible registered Suppliers, Service Providers, Contractors and Consultants.
Interested Suppliers, Service Providers, Contractors and Consultants should submit the under listed statutory documents with a covering letter stating their principal activity and area of business, Global Positioning System (GPS) address and dedicated telephone numbers.
• Business registration certificate and form A
• Certificate of Incorporation and form 3
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Works and Housing Classification Certificate (for Contractors)
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certificate (if applicable)
Any company who falsifies information provided in their documents shall be declared non- responsive.
