- 1. Introduction
The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm to provide supervision, quality assurance and quality control on the Saltpond Field Decommissioning Project (SFDP) in the Central Basin of
Ghana. The services will span over a period of Ten (10) Months.
2. Scope of Services
The main objective of the assignment is to provide supervision, quality assurance and quality control, to ensure the SFDP is executed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
GNPC now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among key staff). Consulting firms may
associate to enhance their qualifications.
3. Selection Criteria
The criteria below will be used to evaluate prospective firms for shortlisting:
(i) General and Specific Experience: Consulting firms and/or partners shall demonstrate the ability to have successfully completed similar decommissioning scope of work.
(ii) Statutory Documents: Prospective consultancy firms must show evidence of the following statutory documents:
a. Letter of Interest and Company Profile
b. Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm
c. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
e. VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
f. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
g. Petroleum Commission Registration Permit
Only shortlisted consultancy firms will be issued with Request for Proposals (RFP) document in accordance with the provisions in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended in Act by 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
