- The Volta River Authority (VRA) intends to apply part of its Budgetary Allocation to payments under the contract for the provision of Consultancy Services in Beekeeping projects to members of the Community Based Organizations who provide reforestation activities for the VRA mainly along the Volta Lake.
The services required include training of Six-Hundred (600) Volunteers in twenty (20) communities in Beekeeping management, setting up an apiary in each of the twenty (20) communities as well as undertake monitoring and reporting of the project for a three (3) year duration commencing on October 30, 2023
The VRA now invites eligible and reputable local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), to indicate their interest in providing the said services. Interested NGOs must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, description of similar assignments including project costs, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, available resources such as vehicles, apiary accoutrement and equipment as well as proof of understanding apiary
